Instructor at Catholic University in Washington, D.C.,
Mr. Bratt has successfully grown summer high school
debate workshops and International Debate Grants for
Catholic University to over 1 million dollars in 4
years. Through creative marketing and innovative sales,
Catholic University's high school summer debate workshops
grew from 20 to 140 students from over 25 states in
3 years. Cashing in on its success, Catholic University
initiated an advanced four- week session and recruited
85 students from over 20 states in its very first year.
Prior to joining Catholic University, Ronald Bratt
was an associate for Eccelston and Wolf focusing on
medical
malpractice. Before joining Eccelston & Wolf, Ronald
Bratt served as a clerk to The Honorable Theodore Bloom
of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
Mr. Bratt's extensive experience in training and education
combined with his ebay selling experience will be extraordinarily
valuable to the growth of the training aspect of the
business.

Jeff
Shiller is a battle tested entrepreneur and real estate
attorney and has been practicing law
in the field of real estate, guardianship, trusts and
estates since 1994. After several years of legal experience,
Jeff Shiller opened his own title business and law firm
in November, 1998. He has gradually expanded his title
market from Maryland to the District of Columbia, Virginia
and, most recently, Tennessee. Jeff Shiller has acted
as an expert on Radio programs dedicated to real estate
education and taught real estate classes for new mortgage/lending
professionals. He has consistently turned a profit with
his title company since its inception and has also created
other collateral ventures to support his real estate
title practice, including a property wholesaling company
and a hard money lending company. Both Jeff Shiller’s
knowledge of the law and his proven skill as a business
owner make him the perfect candidate for taking a novel
business model and bringing it to market. |
